No refunds or part refunds will be given for missed classes due to, but not exclusive to, illness, injury, females in season, holidays. Please notify us beforehand if you will miss a class. Unfortunately we are unable to provide make up sessions as the classes are progressive and follow a set schedule with limited capacity, however we will endeavour to ensure you are able to catch up at your next attended class. If your dog cannot attend, we would encourage you to attend the class to get the information and practice at home.
The courses and workshops are planned in advance so ensure you can attend all dates before booking. Be sure you’re happy with the training start times and location. If no contact is made during the course, no refunds can be made retrospectively.
